Substitution Policy: Please note that each arrangement we make is unique to its own. We try our best to fulfill them closely to the photo of the arrangement that was ordered, but due to different conditions we may have to substitute certain flowers and/or vase upon availability.
Delivery: Deliveries are made during regular business hours of 10am to 6pm (extended hours during major holidays) unless it is a school or business (before 4pm). In the case of a school or business, the recipient leaves before 4pm then please be sure to make note of the time they leave before submitting your order. For residential deliveries, if recipient is not home then we will leave the arrangement where there is cover. We then will call or send a text to the recipient to let them know of their arrangement being delivered.
Confirmation: If you are wanting a confirmation after a delivery has been made then please order through our site. You will recieve an email confirmation once we confirm on our end. We cannot promise to send a confirmation for over the phone orders.
Please be aware that on 2/13-2/14 is our busiest days. You may/may not be able to get us through our phone. Please place your order online as we recieve the orders almost immediately after it is placed. If we have any questions with the order, we will call you at the number that is provided.
